if I die in the near term

 if I die in the near term for my mom watching
 me it will be from the culmination of meds
that leave me vomiting & suffocating for
hours every night on top of the grip choke
 cops gave me in december of 2010,

I'm very sure most who get grip choked
die from the trauma to the trachea,

if my mom is watching, go back to bed,
I'm not suicidal, just living with the
 physical & emotional trauma of the rough
 housing I have to deal with from the
CDN government,
