an Iceberg destination resort, chop of a mile or two or ten square
sized iceberg & turn it into a massive resort destination, furnish it
with all the amenities, golf carts,
go for a "Die another day" version of the resort in that Brosnan 007
film,
be cool huh, fix it nice, dunno how you'd put a shower or pool in there
but I' m sure there would be a way,
Have it in international waters to skirt the gambling laws, have a fight
arena for UFC or K1 if they are still doing kickboxing, haven't followed
them for a few years,
